RETURN POLICY

If an ordered product does not satisfy you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of receiving it, in the following situations:

• Products that do not comply with the specifications on the website:

  • If the ordered product proves not to comply with the specifications of the RUA STORE offer, the customer may request its return for replacement or full refund of the value;

  • If the replacement is agreed with a product of a higher value, the customer will pay the difference;

  • If the value is lower, the customer will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product;

  • Return and shipping costs for the replacement product, if any, shall be borne by RUA STORE;

• Products that were delivered incorrectly:

  • Delivery of products other than those requested must be reported immediately, and the customer will refuse receipt. The customer can request their return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, he can opt for replacement with another product or full refund of the value;

  • If the replacement is agreed with a product of a higher value, the customer will pay the difference;

  • If the value is lower, the customer will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product;

  • Return and shipping costs for the replacement product, if any, shall be borne by RUA STORE.

General conditions of return::

• The product must be in the same condition in which you received it;

• The product must contain the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer / distributor) and all documents with which the product was delivered;

• Products that have been subjected to unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, shards, bumps, mechanical / electrical shocks, burns, products that lack accessories are not accepted.

Special return conditions:

• Fashion (clothing, footwear, etc.): must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, not worn, without stains or tears;

• Cosmetics: for reasons of customer health protection, these products cannot be returned unless they have not been used, unsealed or tested.
